WS200 Integrated GPS and weather station
A few years ago, Furuno came up
with a
wacky-looking little mast-top gadget that looked a bit like a yo-yo but
was, in
fact, a wind speed and direction sensor with no moving parts. Now,
they’ve
developed it into an all-singing, all-dancing weather station. For
£1586.25,
the WS200 provides NMEA200 or 0183 outputs of air temperature,
humidity,
barometric pressure, wind chill, and pitch and roll, and GPS data, as
well as
wind speed and direction.
