Geonav, the Italian electronics company that started as the hardware arm of Navionics, has a new UK distributor. From the beginning of this year, they will be distributed by Johnson Outdoors – the oufit that bring us Humminbird fishfinders, MinnKota electric outboards and Old Town Canoes.
Coincidentally, Geonav is also diversifying its range of marine products with the addition of two new radios – a 5w hand-held called the RO Pocket 4300, priced at £133 and a fixed-mount DSC radio called the RO4700, complete with a command mic for £229.
